1. Technical steps leading to the conclusion of a contract
You can view your transactions such as orders, deliveries, etc. at any time in your password-protected customer account.
The following steps explain in detail how to place an order with us.
You select items non-bindingly from our product range.
Once you have found the desired product, you can add it to your shopping cart without obligation by clicking on the shopping cart button, which is displayed directly on the product detail page.
View shopping cart contents without obligation.
If you would like to view the contents of your current shopping cart without obligation, click on the shopping cart icon, which is visible throughout your stay on our website and also displays the number of selected products.
Delete all or part of the shopping cart contents.
If you wish to change the quantity of a selected item, select the desired quantity using the pulldown menu provided. If you wish to delete items from your shopping cart, simply use the "delete icon" to the right of the total for the respective item.
New customer registration and login for existing customer accounts.
Once you have found all desired items and placed them in the shopping cart, you can continue the ordering process by clicking the "Proceed to checkout" button. Now you can log in with your customer data. If you do not yet have customer data, you must click the "New customer" button here. On the following page, you can then create a personal customer account or continue the order by clicking "I do not want to create a customer account."
Selection of delivery and payment conditions.
After successful registration, successful login, or entry of your data, you will arrive at the next page in the ordering process. Here you can select the desired delivery and payment method without obligation. After selection, the applicable shipping costs will be displayed. You can change these at any time by re-selecting a different delivery and payment method.
Provide a delivery address.
If the selected products are not to be delivered to your specified billing address, you have the option here to provide a different delivery address.
Confirm order.
Clicking the "Continue" button will take you to the confirmation page, where you can review all details of your order again. All applicable costs will be displayed here. If you wish to make changes, you can use the "Back" button.
Before completing the order, you have the option to read the General Terms and Conditions and the Cancellation Policy by clicking on the corresponding links.
Complete order.
Once you have confirmed and checked all information, you can place a binding order by clicking the "Buy" button.
Order successfully completed.
The receipt of your order will be confirmed to you on the following page. At this point, you have the option to print out the details of the order.
2. Electronic confirmation of the order
Shortly after clicking the "Buy" button, you will also receive a confirmation of receipt of your order sent to the e-mail address you provided.
3. Storage of the contract text by the entrepreneur (and the buyer)
The data required for the processing of the contract between you and us is stored by us and is accessible to you at any time. In this respect, we refer to the data protection regulations in our General Terms and Conditions. During the ordering process, you have the option to save the contract texts and instructions as a PDF file.
4. Recognition of input errors and their correction
Any input errors when placing your order can be recognized during the final confirmation before checkout and corrected at any time before sending the order using the delete and change function.
5. Languages available for concluding the contract
The language available for concluding the contract is exclusively German.
